The relay matrix modules from Schleich expand the number of test points on your GLP2-Basic, GLP2-Modular or MTC3 tester. Available in 1 kV, 2.5 kV and 6 kV variants with 2-wire and 4-wire technology, plus a PE 30 A variant for protective earth measurements.
Cascadable, with integrated discharge, CAN bus communication and 19″ rack, desktop or cabinet mounting. Up to 24 test points per module.
Relay matrix modules — more test points, maximum flexibility
The Schleich relay matrix modules multiply the standard test outputs of your tester to the required number of test points. The test programme flexibly defines which points are tested — entirely according to your specifications. All relays can be switched individually for maximum freedom in combining test points.
This means you can test not only between two points, but also between multiple points simultaneously — efficiently and time-saving. Each test point is safely discharged via a switchable discharge resistor.
Applications
- Production testing with many test points — cable harnesses, connector panels, PCB assemblies with dozens of test points in one test run
- High voltage tests on multiple insulation points — insulation and dielectric strength test between all combinations of windings, housing parts and connection points
- 4-wire resistance measurement — accurate resistance measurements on motors and transformers with multiple winding connections
- Protective earth measurement on complex devices — PE measurement on devices with multiple earth points (PE 30 A variant)
- Test line automation — integration into GLP2/MTC3 test setups with PLC control via CAN bus
- Multi-station systems — loading and discharging at one station while testing at another
