Preparation of test systems

As a customer, you want to be sure that the test and measurement system you ordered works correctly. Therefore, it is very important that the system is set up correctly before delivery.

At IONIO, we understand this like no other, which is why we ensure that the test system is fully set up as discussed with the client during the project.

Setting up the test and measurement system already starts during the design phase. We ensure that the system meets the customer’s specifications and that all components are perfectly matched. This ensures that the system works as efficiently as possible and produces the best results.

After the system is produced at the factory in Germany, the setting of the various parameters begins. This is always done in close consultation with the customer to ensure that the system fully meets the customer’s requirements.

This includes setting up all test and measurement scripts, setting up data collection and reporting, and testing the software to make sure the system works correctly.

Once the system is fully set up, we test it extensively to ensure it fully meets the customer’s specifications. That way, as a customer, you know you can always rely on the quality and performance of the system you order from IONIO.
