Your calibration certificates always at hand: the new IONIO Training Portal is live
As a supplier of test and measurement systems, we know better than anyone how important it is that documentation is correct and available when you need it. Calibration certificates sitting somewhere in an inbox. Manuals that can no longer be found. Instructional videos spread across different platforms. These are situations we regularly encountered at our customers. That is why we have taken a different approach.
Today we are launching our revamped training portal at training.ionio.nl. One central place where you as a customer find everything you need to work optimally with your measurement equipment.
Why a new portal?
Our old platform did what it had to do, but no longer matched how we and our customers want to work. The world of test and measurement systems demands up-to-date information.
We wanted to build an environment that works the way you are used to from us: practical, reliable, and without hassle.
Certificates immediately available
The biggest change is in how you access your calibration certificates. In the new portal, certificates are retrieved directly from our business system. That means: as soon as a calibration is completed and processed, the certificate is ready in your account. No waiting time, no emails back and forth, no searching through old folders.
You log in, navigate to your device, and download the certificate as a PDF. It really is that simple.
For new certificates, you also automatically receive a notification. So you do not even have to remember yourself. Handy if you work with multiple devices or if calibrations fall at different times of the year.
What else will you find in the portal?
In addition to certificates, we have set up the portal as a complete knowledge centre for our products:
Manuals and documentation — All technical documentation in one place. Always the most recent version, available 24 hours a day. Whether you are in the office or at a customer site.
Who is the portal for?
The portal is available to all IONIO customers who work with our test and measurement systems. Whether you use a single safety tester or a complete test lab with equipment from IONIO, HiTech Technology and Megabras — everything comes together in one overview.
