All our test systems are calibrated from the factory on delivery. ISO17025 calibration is available on request.

Delivery time depends on the complexity of the systems, we supply handheld systems to complete production lines. Delivery times range from a few weeks to months, depending on the complexity of the system.

SCHLEICH GmbH’s test systems have a standard 12-month warranty, while FORTEST Srl’s leak and flow testers have a 36-month warranty period.

The warranty is on materials only and excludes transport or assembly costs.

With certain systems, we actually recommend training in terms of operation and/or measuring techniques in order to use the system in the best possible way.

IONIO has its own service department, where we make adjustments and repairs.

This depends on the test system, usually the software update is free and only implementation costs are incurred.

The software Editor and Printer and PrintcomG2 are free and included with the test system.

Sure! IONIO has its own calibration department, Standard we recommend a calibration interval of 12 months.

Your system will appear in our ERP system and 6 weeks before the calibration expires, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a calibration reminder.

We have a lot of experience in relation to the various standards, but we are not an inspection body.

For optimal advice, we refer you to the qualified bodies.
