Our Analyzer software is the ultimate tool for storing test results on a PC. With the Analyzer software you can save all test data from the SCHLEICH test system.
The Windows®-based software offers in-depth analysis of your production processes. You receive detailed, in-depth information and reports on the effectiveness of your production and are able to quickly identify optimisation opportunities in the production process!

A deeper insight into your data.
GLP2-ce testers store test results either internally or externally in a central location on the network. The storage format corresponds to the common CSV format. Test results stored in CSV format can be viewed and analysed with EXCEL®.

It is, however, easier to have the test results displayed and evaluated with the Analyzer software.

Naturally, the Analyzer can also read, display and evaluate test results from GLP1, GLP2, GLP3, MTC2 and MTC3 testers, making it THE versatile statistical tool for SCHLEICH testers.

In addition, all kinds of test results from external devices can also be imported using the appropriate optional tools.

At the core of the Analyzer is a fast SQL database into which all test results from the testers are imported. Afterwards, you can analyse and visualise the data according to various criteria. The analyses are of course documented.

In addition to reliable storage, there are three more requirements for a test result database:

You want to search for one specific test result and document it.
You want to analyse test results statistically.
You want to be informed of your production status at all times.
The Analyzer meets all these requirements.

Searching for results
The serial number to look up is entered in the Analyzer and, thanks to the powerful SQL database, the corresponding test results are shown in no time. In addition to the results, the corresponding default values are also indicated. The condition is that the test results are stored together with the serial number of the test object. A specified lookup is only possible if the test results are clearly identifiable in the database.

The results can be printed both on paper and electronically as a PDF file. SCHLEICH provides print templates for this. Want an individual print with your company details and logo? No problem! By simply swapping the print header and the logo, you can adapt the templates to your company’s house style.

The statistical analysis
For analysis, numerous test results are summarised to obtain an overview of the quality of your production.

To limit the amount of data to be inspected, the following filters are available:

Name of the test series
Order data
Tester – test station – test chamber
Tester groups
Shift (day, late, night shift)
Once the filter values are entered, you receive the statistical analysis thanks to the fast SQL database.

A combination of multiple filter criteria can easily be saved as a template under a freely definable name. By calling up the filter template and entering the requested values, the analysis of the test results is generated automatically.
