Absolute pressure decay micro leak tester T4990
Made to be integrated into automatic, semi-automatic lines, the T4990 offers hardware that can be compared to that of top-series leak tester equipment, with a measurement accuracy as low as 0.1 Pa.
The T4990 has an innovative 2.5″ high-resolution OLED display, a USB port for direct connection to a PC (management software included) and several expansion ports for external automations, indicator lights, limit switches, programming keypads, and so on.
The black anodised aluminium housing is designed for DIN-rail mounting, Thanks to optimised pneumatics, ultra-fast internal valves and small test connectors, testing time is minimised.
Following the philosophy of quick assembly and quick start-up, the T4990 is designed to replace “do it yourself” test stations, consisting of pressure transducers, pneumatic groups and PLC, allowing a “plug and play”, without programming and installation costs; a few minutes after assembly you are fully operational.
The T4990 can communicate via a protocol of ForTest, Canbus or Modbus RTU. Operating scales range from -1 to 6 bar.
