NEN-EN 50191 : 2010. Installation and operation of electrical test equipment

Safe and correct set-up of safety in test and measurement systems is a question that often comes up when supplying our test systems.

Especially with high voltage, there are requirements that emerge to install safely and correctly. In the Netherlands, the NEN-EN 50191:2010. Installation and operation of electrical test equipment is the standard for setting up test equipment.

In Germany, an extract of this standard is freely available on the internet. This regulation (DGUV Vorschrift 3) gives a good impression of the requirements to be followed for safe and correct set-up of test systems. Both low and high voltage.
