Universal electric motor tester

The MotorAnalyzer 1 is a universal tester for diagnosing electric motors, generators, transformers and wound components. The device combines 10 test methods in one compact, portable system — from surge tests and resistance measurements to high voltage and insulation tests.

Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, you can also test on-site without a mains connection. This makes the MotorAnalyzer 1 the ideal entry-level model for motor service, repair workshops and maintenance teams who need fast and reliable measurements — even in hard-to-reach positions such as cranes or industrial installations.

Using the user-friendly AutoTest function, the MotorAnalyzer automatically analyses the motor on surge test, resistance, insulation resistance and inductance. The result is displayed directly on the graphic display with a clear pass/fail assessment.

PrintCom reporting software

The MotorAnalyzer 1 comes with PrintCom PC software included free of charge. Transfer test results to your PC via USB or RS-232, save them in Excel format and print professional test reports — including your own company logo.

PrintCom works in online mode (directly connected during testing) and offline mode (read results from internal memory at a later time). Via a network path, test reports can also be stored centrally — ideal for ISO 9001-compliant production.

When to choose MotorAnalyzer 1, 3 or MTC2/MTC3?

The MotorAnalyzer 1 is the entry-level model: 10 test methods, compact, battery-powered, ideal for service and maintenance. For more extensive diagnostics with 17 test methods, surge tests up to 6 kV and advanced PD analysis, the MotorAnalyzer 3 is the better choice. For production environments with automatic test sequences, relay matrices and production line integration, the MTC2 R7 and MTC3 are the professional solution.
