Leak testing with absolute measurement of pneumatic cylinders. Both chambers of the cylinder are checked separately for leak tightness. The test pressure can range from 6 to 8 Bar and the allowable pressure drop during the leak test can be set in the desired test plans.
The measured data from the leak test will be stored on an external PC via the Leak Test Manager software.
Test results are printed via a thermal printer to provide traceable data on the cylinder.
With an automatic expiry, the T8990 leak tester also provides switching between the chambers of the cylinder using an external module.
