1) Relay Timing Tests

With the SUWI-120, you can perform automatic timing measurements on various types of protection relays:

• Overcurrent relays (OC), overvoltage relays (OV), directional overcurrent relays
• Output up to 110 A AC / 120 A DC and 150 V AC / 220 V DC ensures reliable test conditions.

2) Turns Ratio Measurement (TTR)

Analyze transformers with high accuracy:

• Measure transformer turns ratios in accordance with ANSI/IEEE C57.12.90. Wide ratio range from 0.8 – 10,000
• Measure phase angle and polarity
• Supports test voltages from 1 V to 100 V AC

3) Contact Resistance / Low Resistance

Check contact and shunt resistances with high precision:

• DC test current up to 120 A
• Measurement range up to 5 Ω
• Resolution down to 0.01 μΩ
• Ideal for switches, disconnectors, and circuit breaker contact resistance measurements.

4) Circuit Breaker Timing

Comprehensive timing analysis of three-phase circuit breakers:

• Measurement of switching times (OPEN, CLOSE, OPEN-CLOSE, etc.)
• Three-phase timing measured simultaneously
• Internal and external trigger inputs
