Self-test black box MTC2 Surge tester
Daily testing of the testing device using a blackbox simulatea “good/fault condition” gives you the safety of knowing that your testing device is working reliably and that you are delivering flawlessly tested products. Our black boxes can be used as set value or GO.
Self-test black box with 4 outputs for automatic self-test. The black box test is set by you according to various configurable rules. Once the condition of one of the rules is met, the tester requests the black box test.
The blackbox test plan is automatically loaded.
The black box wires labelled 1, 1s, 2, 2s, 3, 3s, 4, 4s and earth must be manually connected to the tester’s terminals in the correct order.
The Blackbox is equipped with pole sockets so that the test leads of the MTC2 can be connected directly.
Next, the black box test is performed. After the black box test is completed, there are 2 options to continue:
1. The test result was OK. The test plan used for the black box test is automatically loaded and the test can be continued normally.
simply continue.
2. test result was niO. The tester was blocked. The cause of the anomaly must be found.
The blackbox can check the following measurements
- Resistance test in mOhm
- Insulation resistance test in MOhm
- Capacitance in nF
- Inductance in uH
- Surge test
