What have we done now?
A complete test system for checking and testing distribution cabinets (& charging poles).
Continuity testing, high voltage test, earthing measurements, checking residual current devices (RCDs) for tripping time and current. You can also check whether circuit breakers are connected to the correct group and perform a load test!
During the project, in between came the question whether we could also test a special charging station design….now, with a charging station, we also have to deal with the simulation of the car and the different current strengths and activation of the charging station, which was a bit of a puzzle!
Nice to see that when everything comes together we can optimise the processing of measurement data and data entry using QR codes and automatic export of certificates.
After the measurement, we generate a type plate with the desired data.
