The GLP2-BT is the test system for testing high-voltage batteries in electric vehicles.
High-voltage batteries are used in a variety of applications, such as electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and industrial machinery.
During production of the high-voltage batteries, we check the insulation resistance and breakdown resistance of the batteries. The batteries can consist of single cells or complete battery packs
Test methods
Insulation resistance up to 1000VDC in 4-wire technique.
High-voltage DC test up to 3.5 kV and 1 mA/3 mA potential-free in 4-wire technique.
Test connections
10-pin HAN-ECO Harting plug at rear. 2 Pole terminals 4 mm for insulation resistance. 2 HV sockets for HVDC. Standard external control protocol is SCPI.
Insulation resistance 50 – 1000 V, Riso > 5 GΩ
HVDC 50 – 3500 V, max. 3 mA, potentiaalvrij veiligheidsstroom begrensd. Limietafhankelijke snelle uitschakeling HVDC-stroom. Contactcontrole ISO en HVDC in automatische modus. Visuele controlern. Wiskundige berekening. Handmatige meting.
