A 15-year-old cable tester may seem outdated, but did you know that you can upgrade it instead of depreciating it? That’s exactly what we did with an existing cable tester.
We equipped the complete system with a new industry PC and a test system
GLP2-modular with the Technology Package and label printer.
Thanks to this upgrade, the test system can go on for years! After performing the measurements on the extension cables, a customer-specific label is automatically printed with the test and order data. This ensures optimum traceability of the data.
We carried out the complete conversion in our workshop, resulting in a sustainable and cost-effective solution. Through this upgrade, we not only saved money, but also contributed to reducing our carbon footprint.
